ohn Edozie is a partner of the firm and concentrates his practice in entertainment law & practice, general corporate and commercial law and general civil and commercial litigation including insurance litigation.

He represents various producers, artists and publishers in the area of entertainment law. His service includes shopping deals(recording, publishing, movie and merchandising). He has extensive experience in areas of commercial and insurance litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, he was at Herzfeld and Rubin, PC where he participated in the defense of General Motors Corporation, Chrysler, Ford and American Laundry Inc., in a number of cases involving products liability claims. While at Herzfeld & Rubin Mr. Edozie was also involved in the Tort Litigation Group where he was involved in defending asbestos, mass tort, class actions and multi-district litigations

John counsels clients of all sizes in the area of intellectual property law and devotes a substantial amount of time helping emerging businesses with their corporate transactional need such as developing business plans, licensing their technology and obtaining venture capital.

He was the first president of the Nigerian Lawyers' Association and currently an adjunct Professor of Intellectual Property and e-business law at Berkeley College, New York.
